Pay Range: $40 - $48/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care and Coordination
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients’ conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based care and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Prioritize and coordinate optimal daily patient flow and ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Document assessments, care provided, patient responses, and education accurately and promptly.
• Patient Advocacy and Satisfaction
• Listen and respond to patients’ needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Serve as a trusted educational resource for patients and families.
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and promote patient- and family-centered care.

• Identify and contribute to process improvements within the Emergency Department.
• Support initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, satisfaction, and team efficiency.
• Actively participate in clinical audits, quality projects, and peer feedback.

• Maintain current nursing licensure and required certifications.
• Participate in professional education, development, and continuing training.
• Stay informed about emerging clinical standards, evidence-based practices, and innovations in emergency nursing.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; ACLS, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (Single-State or Multi-State Compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience required (Emergency or Acute Care preferred)
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency department environment
• Proficient in EMR/EHR documentation and clinical technology
• Commitment to teamwork, compassion, and professional excellence
