Pay Range: $55 - $58/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Help identify innovative UX solutions to routine user, product, and business problems; respond to evolving design constraints.
• Define quality rubrics for LLM-generated speaking, listening, and vocabulary content as well as learning recommendations tailored to proficiency levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced).
• Create golden examples for learning scenarios adapted to different Portuguese learner levels.
• Evaluate LLM-generated Portuguese learning content.
• Test product experiences and provide structured feedback.
• Analyze learner needs, pain points, and comprehension gaps; help define solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Use key data and metrics to evaluate product performance and stay informed about industry trends and competitor approaches.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Teaching experience ,Teaching German to non-native speakers ,learning content design for German .
• Native or near-native fluency in Portuguese.
• 2–3 years of teaching experience (adult learners preferred, classroom setting ideal).
• Degree/certification in Second Language Acquisition preferred (equivalent practical teaching experience also acceptable).
• Strong background in curriculum and/or learning content design.
• 3+ years of professional experience teaching Portuguese to non-native speakers.
• Experience designing instructional or learning content for Portuguese.
• Preferred: Degree in Language Teaching, Applied Linguistics, or related field.
• Fluent in English for team communication (MTV-based team).
