Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Perform the full nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
• Coordinate care through interdisciplinary collaboration
• Administer medications and treatments per standards of care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients and families and involve them in care planning
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Participate in professional development and competency training
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor when needed
• Follow all clinical, regulatory, and ethical nursing standards

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (single-state or compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to use EMR and basic clinical technology
• Commitment to evidence-based nursing practice
• Ability to respond calmly and decisively in emergency situations
• Customer-service mindset with patient-centered care focus
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
