Key Responsibilities:
- IPT Support center :
- Call center role to aide in support during vacation season, more projects coming up (most will hit FY26 Q1 and Q2) .
- 3 roles, 1 will be 8:00-4:0 M-F and 2 will be 9-5 M-F.
- Hybrid – Remote Mon & Fri and Onsite Tues-Thurs
- Assignment will be at least through July.
- Possible extension and slight potential to convert .
- Entry-Level Role:
- Degree not required
- Will be trained on the job
- Opportunity to learn the business and grow
- No need for mastery of skillsets
- Key Skills: Call Center, Customer Service (Settlement/Orders/Account), Data Entry, MS Office Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams), SAP+, Bilingual+ .
- Customer service background .
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) .
- Should be able to do basic data entry, upload files, and manipulate data .
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment .
- Call center experience .
- SAP experience (not required; can be taught).
- Callers: Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs) .
- Business owners who manage their own routes .
- Settlement-related: Reviewing commission statements .
- Order-related: Placing, canceling, or modifying orders .
- Account-related: General assistance with account issues .
