Technical Support Assistant
Immediate need for a talented Technical Support Assistant. This is a 06 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Framingham, MA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $28 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Electronics and AC & DC circuitry and technical support.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years’ experience in customer service or technical help desk
- 1 years’ experience with resolving complex technical issues through research, log analysis, issue reproduction, or advanced troubleshooting
- Associate degree in computer science, IT, electronics, or equivalent experience with supporting software-based products or Access Control systems.
- Technical certifications such as A /Net /MSSQL/MCP/MCSE/MCDBA
- Understanding of basic AC and DC circuitry and electronics
- Advanced Knowledge of SQL database engines
- Advanced experience in Access Control, Video, Intrusion, and related technologies
